Abstract

To develop a urban project there are three main phases:!.Problem definition and sizing phase:- GIS.DB (Geographical Information Systems for Data Base), to be used to organise data as georeferenced Information;- Quality Sheets, to be used for the definition of objectives and variables belonging to five class titles: static-protective; conceptual; technical-economical; social-environmental; subjective-non conceptual.- Complexity Sheets, to be used to define the weight of each objective and to evaluate the expected utility (based on the standard gamble model); the evaluation of variables score in relation to the expected utility on local side as well as on the general side; the definition o f v
