Abstract

The objective of this work is to characterise the detection and diagnostic of ball bearing failures through joint time-frequency analysis to support predictive maintenance. The measured signals are analysed by different techniques based in time or frequency domain and by the proposed methods using time-frequency representations obtained by Pseudo-Wigner-Ville Distribution (PWVD).
